The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a price list for renting houses for houses and land allocated for lease in Hanoi.
Accordingly, the city issued a price list for renting houses for houses and land that are public assets not used for residential purposes, assigned to organizations with the function of managing and trading houses for rent in the city.
These houses and land are part of the resettlement apartment fund, the commercial apartment fund must be handed over to the city for management and belong to the specialized housing fund managed by the city.
The price list is kept stable for 5 years from the date of issuance.
According to the rental price list of the commercial apartment fund that must be handed over to the city for management, in Long Bien district, there are currently 24 buildings for lease, concentrated with plots of land CT-14, plots of land CT-13, plots of land CT-10, plots of land CT-09, plots of land CT-16, plots of land CT-17, plots of land CT-18, plots of land CT-20 (Viet Hung Urban Area).
Of which, the building with the highest rental price is CT20B building (including kiosks No. 2, 3, 4-4) located on CT-20 land lot. The rental price is 2.5212 million VND/m2/year. The leased area is 214.7m2, on the first floor of the building.
Thus, the annual rent here is about 541 million VND.
2 other buildings in Long Bien also have rental prices at the top of the price list, CT20A building (including 1st and 2nd floors) and CT20E building (including kiosk 1) located on CT-20 land lot. The rental price is 2.508 million VND/m2/year.
With a rental area of 348.3m2 on the first floor of CT20A building, the annual rental fee here is about 873 million VND.
With a rental area of 885.3m2 on the 2nd floor of CT20A building, the annual rental fee here is about 2.2 billion VND.
With a rental area of 135.8m2 at the kiosk on the first floor of CT20E building, the annual rental fee here is about 340 million VND.



The unit price in the rental price list includes value-added tax (VAT), with a tax rate of 10% and does not include construction maintenance costs, management and operation service costs, fire and explosion insurance purchase costs, parking costs, fuel use costs, energy, domestic water, television services, communications, remuneration for the apartment management board (if any) and other service costs for private use of owners and users of the service business area.
