The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has just sent a report to the Ministry of Home Affairs on receiving, explaining and completing the project dossier on arranging administrative units at district and commune levels for the period 2023-2025 of Ninh Binh province.
Accordingly, the review and synthesis of the number of headquarters and public assets of district and commune-level administrative units to be rearranged and the plan to handle surplus headquarters and public assets (by year) after the rearrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Ninh Binh province will have a total of 242 real estate facilities subject to rearrangement and handling.
According to Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, after implementing the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Ninh Binh province, in the period of 2023-2025, the plan to rearrange and handle housing and land facilities is as follows: 219 facilities will be retained for continued use; 23 facilities will be transferred to district and commune levels for management according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has issued a document assigning the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to conduct a review to accurately and fully determine the number of houses and land facilities that must be arranged and handled.
According to the representative of the Ninh Binh Province Department of Finance, the handling of these real estate facilities is currently facing some difficulties and problems. Specifically, for facilities that are put up for auction, it is necessary to consider whether they are suitable for the planning and land use plan, and for facilities that are transferred to other units, it is necessary to consider and evaluate whether their functions are suitable... not to mention that there are facilities of central agencies located in the province, the handling and approval of the plan must be approved by the central agency.
