100% of trade unions at the grassroots level and 1,216 grassroots trade unions in the area have organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", mobilizing nearly 19.93 billion VND to support 47,735 union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The Ha Tinh Trade Union Social Fund has also supported the construction of 40 new "Union Shelters" with a total amount of 1.19 billion VND.

In addition, the program "Online Trade Union Tet Market 2025" has been effectively implemented, attracting the active participation of trade unions at all levels, bringing many practical benefits to workers.
