According to the representative of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province, the vibrant recruitment situation is a positive signal, demonstrating the effectiveness of investment attraction policies, while creating healthy competition for human resources. Enterprises must improve treatment to retain highly skilled workers, while workers have more options to find suitable jobs.
In order to support businesses, the Bac Ninh Provincial Employment Service Center is stepping up forecasting and connecting supply and demand. The unit continuously reviews and updates the recruitment needs of each enterprise; at the same time, it strengthens communication through websites, social networks, online transaction sessions linked to provinces such as Lang Son, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang - where there is an abundant labor force.
In parallel with recruitment, many businesses focus on on-site training. Some units organize free training, support meals, arrange separate training areas for workers to quickly access the production process, and at the same time integrate and disseminate labor regulations and discipline.
The Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province said that in the coming time, it will continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen traffic flow, career guidance, and vocational training for workers from junior high school. At the same time, replicate the model of business linkage in training and on-site human resource supply. The sustainable solution is still for businesses to fully implement the committed policies, while increasing benefits to retain employees for a long time.
