The content of the recommendations focuses on issues such as ensuring order and traffic safety in industrial parks; creating favorable conditions for workers to access social housing; improving the efficiency of union member gathering and trade union activities at labor-intensive enterprises; organizing sports activities to strengthen union member cohesion; implementing appropriate union fee payment regimes; promoting negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements and strengthening training and fostering skills for grassroots trade union officials...
Highly appreciating the spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm and frank contributions of grassroots trade union officials, Mr. Thach Van Chung directly exchanged and answered recommendations related to ensuring traffic safety for workers, trade union financial work, and at the same time oriented key tasks and solutions for the coming time.
The Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation requested grassroots trade unions to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction; improve the quality of dialogue and collective negotiation; promote labor and production emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of production and business tasks of enterprises.
Mr. Thach Van Chung also requested the professional departments of the Provincial Labor Federation to receive recommendations and proposals; classify them into groups of contents to coordinate with functional agencies to consider and resolve; continue to strengthen support for grassroots trade unions in professional matters, finance, digital transformation and care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers in the province.
On this occasion, officials of the Provincial Labor Federation guided, introduced and deployed the Mini App of Bac Ninh Trade Union, a digital platform to strengthen connections between trade union organizations and union members and workers; supporting the receipt of information, processing procedures, updating policies, welfare and trade union activities quickly and conveniently.
At the program, Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company presented welfare gifts to workers worth 100 million VND; ECO Clean Water Technology Vietnam Limited Company presented 1,000 alkaline ion water generators to the Provincial Labor Federation.
