On November 21, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Thanh Hoa Provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC) Trade Union organized the 3rd Congress of Trade Union Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress took place in the context of the preventive medicine sector continuing to innovate strongly, aiming to improve the quality of people's health care.
The Congress was attended by Comrade Vu Tran Thanh - Executive Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Trade Union Work Committee; leaders of the Center and 70 delegates representing 224 union members and workers. Thanh Hoa CDC Trade Union currently has 224 union members working in 17 union groups.
The trade union has worked well with the profession to care for the lives and protect the rights of civil servants and workers; promote social security activities, support people in remote areas to access quality healthcare services.
In addition, the Trade Union focuses on propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; organizing the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", sports activities, monitoring the working environment, periodic health check-ups... contributing to building a civilized and professional agency.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Vu Tran Thanh acknowledged the efforts of the CDC Thanh Hoa collective, and at the same time suggested 5 key groups of tasks for the new term Trade Union to continue to improve operational efficiency in the new context. The leaders of the Center also highly appreciated the achieved results and suggested that the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, focus on caring for life, and building a strong trade union organization.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the third term, 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades.
