The beneficiaries of support are union members and employees in difficult circumstances, with low income; having work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses; affected by natural disasters, floods; having reduced working hours, losing jobs; union members and employees in policy families; employees who have not had the opportunity to return home for Tet for many years, workers who have not returned home to work, work and produce during Tet.
In parallel, about 1,000 workers in difficulty at self-managed workers' groups in boarding houses, single workers, and workers residing at Hoa Cam Industrial Park Workers' Housing will also receive gifts from the City Labor Federation during Tet.
This year, the "Union Tet Journey" program continues to be maintained with "Union Bus Journey - Spring 2026" and "Union Train - Spring 2026". The City Trade Union is expected to support 2,000 train tickets. The program will prioritize students in difficult circumstances or who have not returned home for Tet for many years. In particular, train and bus tickets will be reserved for the whole family of union members so that the whole family can travel together on a train and bus trip back to their hometown.

Following the success of previous years, Binh Ngo 2026 Tet, the Da Nang City Labor Federation continues to maintain the program "Accompanying union officials". Accordingly, meetings will be held and encouraged by 200 grassroots union and union officials who have made many contributions to union activities at the grassroots level facing difficulties during Tet. These are the core and truly important cadres of the Trade Union organization because they are the ones who connect directly with the Union, the ones who are closest to the employees. The attention of the City Trade Union for this group is a great encouragement for grassroots trade union officials to continue to strive, playing the role of connector well.
Special highlights in caring for union members and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo are the programs "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" and "Union Tet Market". The program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" with a series of activities: discount booths, incentives, legal consultation, organizing activities to give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, giving train and bus tickets to union members; giving Tet gifts to leaders at all levels of the Central and local governments, organizing fun and games to win prizes at the markets.
This is the first "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" program and the Trade Union Tet Market organized after the merger of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the old Quang Nam Province. Therefore, the program will be held at 2 locations, Ban Thach ward and Hoa Khanh ward, so that all union members and employees in the new Da Nang city can benefit from the program of the Trade Union organization.
"In parallel with organizing city-level point activities, we also direct grassroots unions to proactively take care of Tet for union members at their level. The special thing about the 2026 Tet care program is that the Trade Union focuses on organizing the "Union Year's Meal". This is a new activity, inherited from the positive results of the "Union Meal" program implemented in the past time.
