Contributing a day's salary to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses
From the beginning of the year until now, Hoa Vang District Labor Federation has been trying to implement the program of erasing temporary houses and dilapidated houses under the Prime Minister's decision and the direction of Da Nang City Labor Federation. This program is aimed at 2025, calling for contributions and support from officials, union members, workers, officials and employees (employees) at trade unions.
Hoa Vang District Labor Federation mobilizes each cadres, civil servants, public employees and salaries from the state budget at agencies and units with grassroots trade unions to contribute to support a salary day. At the same time, calling for agencies, units and businesses in the district to voluntarily contribute and support the program. The grassroots trade union also proactively advised the committee, coordinated with the authorities and employers to mobilize workers and employees to support the spirit of "Who has any contribution".
In addition to eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the district, the Hoa Vang District Labor Federation also actively responded to the goal of building and repairing 60 "Union Shelters" with a total cost of 3.6 billion VND launched by the Da Nang City Labor Federation. Grassroots trade unions are mobilizing union members and employees to support and contribute to the City Trade Union Social Activities Fund to achieve this goal.
Mr. Hoang Bach Tung, Chairman of Hoa Vang District Labor Federation, said: "Along with the positive contribution to support the program of erasing temporary houses and dilapidated houses in the city, union members and employees will contribute to the city social activity fund to join hands with the trade union levels to build 60" trade unions "houses in 2025.
Hoa Vang District Party Committee also set a goal of 120 days and nights (from January 14 to May 14) to complete the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. According to the initial survey, there are about 400 temporary houses in the district according to the prescribed criteria.
Eliminate 1,140 temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025
In the master plan, the People's Committee of Da Nang approved the first phase of the plan to delete 1,140 temporary houses, dilapidated houses in the city in 2025, including the construction of 212 units and repair 928 units. In particular, Hoa Vang district is assigned to delete 140 houses (44 new houses, 96 repair houses). The city also aims to complete the new construction and repair for cases of eligibility before 1.5. Beneficiaries include policy households, poor and near -poor households, households with temporary houses and dilapidated houses.
The Trade Union of the advisory and support agencies of Hoa Vang District Party Committee visited and presented 60 million VND to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, in Cam Toai Tay village, Hoa Phong commune in mid-March.
This is a case of a single mother raising a young child, living with an elderly parent and not having the conditions to build a solid house. This support amount is taken from the annual savings fund for raising pigs of all union members of the agency in the movement "Studying and following the example of Ho Chi Minh's morality and style".
Mr. Mai Truc Lam - Chairman of Trade Union of the advisory and assisting agencies of Hoa Vang District Party Committee - shared: "The funding for Mrs. Thuy's family shows the noble gesture of" good leaves to protect the torn leaves "of the Vietnamese people and contribute to the successful completion of the objective of the temporary and dilapidated houses in the district".
