Nam Nha Trang Ward Trade Union sets a target of developing union members in the 2025 - 2030 term to reach over 85% of the total number of existing workers.
Strive for at least 95% of employees working in units, organizations, and enterprises in the state sector with grassroots trade unions to become union members.
For the non-state sector, this rate strives to reach 90% or more.
Nam Nha Trang Ward Trade Union sets a target of 100% of enterprises and public service units with 20 or more employees establishing grassroots trade unions; 90% of state-owned trade unions and 60% of non-state trade unions are classified as "Completing tasks well".
Every year, each grassroots trade union introduces at least 12 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, training and admission; at least 80% of enterprises with trade unions negotiate and sign collective labor agreements that are still valid according to legal regulations.
The ward union also registered and strived to be recognized with at least 1 emulation project, a typical part to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030).
Currently, Nam Nha Trang Ward Trade Union has 74 grassroots trade unions with 4,742 workers, including 4,341 union members.
Over the past term, the Ward Union has always paid attention to innovating the content and methods of operation, striving to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
In particular, the unit has coordinated to organize the giving of 150 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children of union members in difficult circumstances with a total cost of 30 million VND; and presented 135 health insurance cards to union members.
Regularly organize propaganda for the two-level local government model and the "digital education" movement; at the same time, mobilize 100% of ward union officials to participate in the "Solidarity and affectionate residential area" movement launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
