On August 16, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Dien Chau Commune Trade Union held the first expanded Executive Committee meeting to deploy the direction of activities in the coming time.
Attending and directing the conference were comrade Phan Thi Trang and comrade Phan Van Hong - Member of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee.
Representatives of local leaders included Comrade Nguyen Thi Van Kieu - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Chau commune and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee.
Dien Chau Commune Trade Union was established on the basis of merging 28 grassroots trade unions, with more than 3,000 union members.
The conference is an opportunity to improve the organization, unify the operation plan, promote the role of the Trade Union in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and workers in the area.
