It is expected that on November 26, 2025, the Hanoi City Employment Portal will be launched and a job fair on information technology will be held with 500 participants.

At the same time, it creates an online trading environment for workers and businesses, applying artificial intelligence (AI) in collecting, processing and analyzing labor market information. The system supports job consultation, introduction, labor supply, and forecasting human resource trends, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of job exchanges and increasing the ratio of labor supply and demand in the city in the coming time.
