For half a year, when unfortunately suffered from stroke and weak health, Ms. Vien could not do as much as before. The income has therefore plummeted by only more than 500,000 VND/month, daily expenses are based on children.

Each year meeting in the area, Ms. Vien tried to convince everyone to be recognized as a near -poor household. According to Ms. Vien, if not this object, many public services including health insurance are very expensive.
"In previous years, not near -poor households, every year I have to spend nearly 1.3 million to buy health insurance. This is a large amount of money for me" - Ms. Vien said.

Ms. Vien said that the goal of coming to the hospital fee is very meaningful, need to be implemented early and prioritize the elderly and the poor.
"In many illnesses, if you have sickness, it will be very expensive. I hope the State is interested in the cost of buying health insurance for the people, especially those who do not have pensions, because at this time we no longer work to make money. If supported, one is also valuable" - Ms. Vien shared.
Ms. Hoang Thi Hong (75 years old, Nam Dinh) said that although now has been granted free health insurance cards, but the hospital is still quite expensive.
"Every month, I have to go to the provincial hospital to examine and take medicine to treat high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.

The couple is working freely, without pension or any allowance. This July is expected to have an additional 500,000 social retirement allowances, Ms. Hong shared that it will be used to buy medicine.
1 month income from raising chickens, puppies, buying bottles of Mrs. Hong and her husband ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 million. With this meager amount, Ms. Hong must balance daily spending, very difficult to have excess to examine and buy medicine when needed.
When hearing about the information coming to the hospital fee, Ms. Hong could not hide her joy. "Every time I go to the hospital, I am worried about my illness, worrying that my children have to spend money, the time to take care of it is more.
