Similarly, GYS Vina Company Limited (headquartered in Hoa Lu City, Ninh Binh) also posted a recruitment notice for 500 unskilled workers with salaries from 8 million VND to 16 million VND/month, along with other benefits such as: Tet bonus, National Day bonus 2.9, vocational support, diligence allowance, gasoline, child support, rent support...

According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, in the days after the Lunar New Year 2025, the demand for labor recruitment of enterprises in Ninh Binh province is very large, however, recruitment is facing many difficulties, the number of job applications is very small.

According to the representative of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, after the 2025 Lunar New Year, the situation of workers returning to work at units and enterprises in Ninh Binh province is relatively stable.

According to statistics, as of February 3, over 95% of businesses in Ninh Binh province have reopened for production. The rate of workers returning to work is over 98%, the number of workers who have not returned to work is due to vacation, personal leave and sick leave.

Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of the Employment Service Center (under the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ninh Binh province), said that after the Lunar New Year holiday is the most exciting time of the labor market, because many businesses have found new orders, many businesses have to rush to recruit more workers to meet the production needs of the unit.

“However, currently, the rate of workers registering to look for jobs through recruitment channels at the Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center is still very low because after Tet, workers still want to rest more to have time with family and relatives. Usually, it is not until the end of the first lunar month that the demand for jobs increases,” Mr. Tung shared.
