The Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. (under the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union) has just successfully organized the 13th Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
During the 2023 - 2025 term, the Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company has played a good role in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; coordinated with the professional team to maintain jobs, ensure stable income and life for more than 3,910 workers with an average income at the end of the term of 10.6 million VND/person/month, an increase of 11% compared to the beginning of the term.
The work of developing union members and building a strong union organization has achieved many positive results. In the 2023 - 2025 term, the Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company has developed 969 new union members, bringing the total number of union members in the company to 3,865 people. The Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company also introduced 160 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of admission.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company sets a general goal of innovating the organization, improving the quality of activities, strongly applying information technology and digital transformation, representing and better caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; striving with the profession to increase the average income of workers to 12 million VND/person/month, developing 1,250 new union members, 100% of affiliated unions completing their tasks well.
The Congress also elected 14 delegates to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber Company for the 2025 - 2030 term. Mr. Hong Chi Binh, Deputy General Director of the company, was elected as Chairman of the Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
