The Nhuan Duc Commune Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City has just successfully organized the 1st Delegation Conference, term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Tran Duc Thanh - Chairman of the Nhuan Duc Commune Trade Union - said that since its establishment, the Commune Trade Union has focused on taking care of union members and workers suitable for each specific target, promptly encouraging and supporting employees to overcome difficulties. The Nhuan Duc Commune Union has worked with local grassroots unions to care for, give gifts and scholarships to more than 320 union members, children of union members, and workers in difficult circumstances.
The Nhuan Duc Commune Labor Union sets out directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term to coordinate well with competent authorities to inspect and supervise compliance with the law and implementation of grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace; focus on improving the quality of activities to care for the lives, material and spiritual needs of union members and workers.
At the same time, strengthen support for grassroots trade unions to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises; continue to coordinate with CEP microfinance Organization to provide capital support for union members and workers in the commune.
The Nhuan Duc Commune Trade Union will also focus on innovating and improving the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements among employees; promoting learning movements and encouraging cadres, union members, employees to improve their educational qualifications, skills, and professional skills to improve labor efficiency, meet the development needs of units and enterprises, and ensure jobs, increase income, etc.
