On April 27, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, and the People's Committee of Nghi Loc district to organize the opening ceremony of the "2nd Round of Employment Day 2025" between workers and enterprises in the WHA Nghe An Industrial Park.
The festival was attended by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long; leaders of relevant departments, branches and localities; representatives of 15 enterprises and a large number of workers.
The festival is part of the plan to connect labor supply and demand, solve employment, attract labor for domestic and FDI enterprises, in the period of 2025-2030.
At the event, 15 enterprises in WHA Nghe An Industrial Park participated in recruiting about 12,000 jobs, including unskilled workers and trained workers, with stable income, many welfare regimes, promotion opportunities, focusing on the fields of electricity, electronics, auto components, machine making, garment, etc.
Speaking at the festival, Mr. Le Tien Tri - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board - said that the event opens up many opportunities for workers to find suitable jobs right in their hometown, while contributing to helping students orient their careers in the future.
Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long suggested that agencies and units continue to do a good job of propaganda before, during and after the festival to spread widely.
Mr. Bui Dinh Long emphasized the need for strict coordination regulations in career orientation, education and vocational training flow associated with actual needs, especially in key industries such as electricity, electronics, automation, and information technology. Enterprises need to proactively increase income, welfare regimes and working environment to retain employees, creating long-term development momentum.
