Mr. Nguyen Luong Tam - Chairman of the Vietnam Medical Union said that in the joyful atmosphere of the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army are striving to emulate to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; celebrating the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, the 15th Vietnam Medical Union Congress; celebrating the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Vietnam Medical Union solemnly organizes the 5th Mass Culture Festival of the Health sector, in 2026.

According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Medical Union, the health sector is a special profession. Every day, hundreds of thousands of officials, doctors, nurses, technicians and workers are silently contributing to taking care of, protecting and improving people's health.
After night shifts, stressful hours in the emergency room, operating room or laboratory, each doctor always needs moments of silence in their spiritual life to add energy, nurture love for the profession and love for life.

Therefore, cultural and artistic activities are not simply a playground for exchange and entertainment, but also a way to care for the spiritual life of union members and workers; contributing to building a united, humane, creative and rich in identity working environment in each agency and unit.
I believe that, through this Festival, the mass cultural and artistic movement in the entire industry will continue to spread more strongly; many new cultural and artistic factors will be discovered and nurtured; and at the same time contribute to building the image of a medical staff member who is both professionally skilled, virtuous, beautiful in cultural behavior and rich in spiritual life" - Mr. Nguyen Luong Tam emphasized.

Mr. Nguyen Luong Tam affirmed that the Mass Arts Festival is an opportunity for units to exchange, learn, strengthen cohesion, share experiences, contribute to building the Vietnam Health Workers' Union organization to become increasingly strong; continue to effectively implement the emulation movement "Mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees, trade union members and workers of the health sector to implement breakthrough solutions, strengthen protection, care and improve the health of the whole people, for the satisfaction and trust of the people", building a healthy cultural environment in health facilities.
