The TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Trade Union has many practical models to care for workers. Up to now, the Workers' Supermarket model has been maintained for nearly 20 years and serves hundreds of thousands of workers to buy essential necessities and have to pay at the new salary period.
Every year, the union coordinates with the company to organize vacations for workers to restore labor.
During each Lunar New Year, workers are also supported with many activities such as: Organizing the TGK Taekwang Vina Family Festival, giving Tet bonuses to workers and many workers are also supported with means of transportation to return home to reunite with their families.
Every year, the company's grassroots union also organizes a ceremony to honor the children of workers with good academic achievements and good living, providing timely support to workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses.
TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company has also invested in building Thai Quang Private Kindergarten, exclusively to serve the children of the company's workers. The school has an area of 7,500m2, and can take care of nearly 1,000 children of workers with a tuition fee of 60% supported by the company.
Coordination regulations bring efficiency to trade union activities

The company's grassroots union also always listens and responds to employees through 24/7 hotline channels from phone, text messages, Zalo, Facebook page... so that employees can report at any time. The union also built a union Fanpage with staff in the Executive Committee of the grassroots union managing the page. Thanks to that, the union can listen to and promptly resolve misunderstandings and concerns of union members and workers to thoroughly resolve them.
The company's grassroots trade union also focuses on dialogue at the workplace, building grassroots democracy regulations, will dialogue with employees every week, and dialogue with the company's Board of Directors every month to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of employees.
The company's grassroots union also built a model of community solidarity and sharing of love, each union member in the whole company shared 2,000 VND/person when there were cases of workers suffering from serious illnesses or serious accidents and shared 5,000 VND/person to support funeral arrangements when some workers unfortunately passed away.
With the spirit of leaving no one behind, the trade union also implements many programs, many levels, many classes. Every quarter, the union screens 1,200 cases of workers in difficulty to support. Each year, the union also supports 5,000 cases of workers in difficulty.
