On June 12, information from the Department of Legal Dissemination, Education and Legal Assistance (PBGDPL&TGPL) (Ministry of Justice), from May 31 to 7:00 a.m. on June 11, the National Law Portal had 74,300 visits, 27,375 questions answered via AI Law.
The operating system is stable, receiving the attention of many agencies, organizations and individuals.
A highlight in recent times is the integration of the feature of measuring user opinions into the AI Law application. According to statistics, there have been 209 reviews so far, including 174 good reviews (accounting for 83.25%) on AI Law.
In addition, the work of ensuring information security and network security for the Portal is focused on. The Department has closely coordinated with functional units of the Ministry of Public Security such as the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05), the Department of Information Technology (Ministry of Justice), and technology companies to review and handle security requirements. A05 has agreed to monitor information security and network security 24/7 for the Portal, ensuring a level 3 level of information security.
Not only serving the need for legal consultation, the Portal also aims to become a bridge for legal support for businesses. On June 11, the Department worked with more than 80 legal organizations to discuss participation in legal consulting in the "C business legal support" section on the Portal.
With the close guidance of the Ministry of Justice's leaders, the support of technology partners, and the response of the user community, the National Law Portal is gradually affirming its role as a modern and friendly legal information platform, contributing to raising legal awareness, effectively supporting people and businesses in the process of law compliance.
