The rolled chicken breast recipe below will not disappoint you because it helps you lose weight and is also delicious.

Chicken breast rolled with seaweed

Ingredients: 16 seaweed sheets (small); 400 grams chicken breast; 50 grams cornstarch; 1 sweet corn; 1 carrot; 1 egg; sesame oil, pepper, seasoning powder.

Making:

Cut chicken breast, carrots and corn into small pieces, put in blender, then season with 1 tablespoon seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 egg, mix well until the mixture is elastic and well-seasoned.

Then spread the seaweed sheet out on a flat surface, add the chicken breast mixture and roll it tightly. The trick to making the seaweed roll stick together is to rub a little bit of a mixture of water and cornstarch onto the seaweed sheet.

Turn on the air fryer and set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius, place each seaweed roll in and fry for 10 minutes. The result will surprise you with the crispy and spongy texture of the chicken breast patties. Enjoying it with chili sauce will be a perfect choice, both delicious and helps you lose weight.

2. Cabbage rolls with chicken breast

Ingredients: 1 small cabbage; 300 grams chicken breast; 100 grams green beans; 1 carrot cut into long square slices for rolling; chives.

Ingredients for the sauce include: chives, roasted sesame, soy sauce, chili sauce, coriander.

Prepare the ingredients with clean water to drain, blanch for 3 to 4 minutes in boiling water to soften the vegetables so they can be easily rolled up.

Making:

Slice chicken breast into small, long pieces, marinate with 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.

After blanching the cabbage, carrots and green beans, remove and drain. Place 2-3 layers of cabbage on a flat surface (clean cutting board), add chicken breast, carrots and beans, then roll the cabbage tightly from the base of the leaves up. Use scalded chives to secure the cabbage roll.

Put everything in a steamer for about 15 minutes, until the chicken is tender.

For the sauce recipe, we toast the sesame seeds until golden brown and fragrant, chop the chives and coriander, then mix everything into the soy sauce. You can add chili sauce and stir well.
