To receive contributions from the community of Vietnamese businessmen abroad in Ho Chi Minh City, the Chairman of the Committee on Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City decided to award Certificates of Merit to 20 Vietnamese businessmen abroad who have actively participated in social charity work and actively contributed to the development of the remittance project in recent times.
