Ms. Bien Thi Nhu Xuan asked, are school accountants subject to Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BGDDT dated November 28, 2024 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating the list and deadline for periodic job transfer under the management of each sector and field of education and training at local authorities?
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training responded on the Government Electronic Information Portal as follows:
The list of working positions in the field of education and training that must be periodically transferred is stipulated in Article 2 of Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BGDDT dated November 28, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training, including:
"1. Admissions and training in public schools.
2. Allocate quotas and manage enrollment for educational institutions in the national education system; allocate postgraduate training quotas and training quotas abroad at agencies and units under the management authority of local authorities.
3. Appraise and approve training and fostering programs of educational institutions in the national education system.
4. Appraisal of local educational materials, documents, textbooks, teaching aids, and other technical materials for teaching and research.
5. Appraise the establishment and permission records of educational institutions in the national education system under their management.
6. Management of projects and works in the field of education and training.
7. Allocate and evaluate scientific research topics in the field of education and training".
Thus, the list related to school accounting positions is not included in the list prescribed in Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BGDDT.
