On March 29, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province said that the Department has just issued an official dispatch, requesting the serious implementation of experiential and career guidance activities in the school.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province, in addition to units that have done well, there are still units implementing experiential and career guidance activities that are still formal, not ensuring the requirements of the experiential education program, not in accordance with the educational significance, affecting the reputation and honor of teachers.
In order for the organization of experiential education activities to be carried out seriously and in accordance with regulations, the Department of Education and Training requires that the experiential education activity plan must be developed closely following the requirements of the educational program.
Accordingly, the experiential activities are carried out through four main types of activities: flag-raising activities, class activities, thematic activities, club activities.
When organizing educational activities outside of school, it is necessary to develop specific plans and programs; discuss, agree with parents, ensure quality, efficiency and absolute safety for participants.
The organization budget must be implemented in accordance with the provisions of law; ensuring savings, publicity, transparency and efficiency.
Prioritize the organization of students participating in educational activities outside of school at locations in the province such as: historical sites, scenic spots, production facilities...
When it is really necessary to organize students to go outside the province, it is required to report to the Department of Education and Training for consideration and comments (for high school level) and the Department of Education and Training (for preschool, primary and secondary school level) to be implemented.
The heads of educational institutions must take full responsibility if they violate the direction of the Department of Education and Training.
Recently, in Nghe An province, many schools have collected money from students to organize experiential activities, which are actually picnicking tours at many relics, scenic spots, and tourist attractions inside and outside the province.
Many schools have been reported to have organized this activity, creating an additional burden for parents, with some forms of organization forcing all students to participate. The fact that the children are traveling far away also makes parents worry about their safety.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of March 29, a car carrying about 20 students and teachers from Tay Hieu Primary School (Thai Hoa town, Nghe An) traveling in the North - South direction, when it reached the section near Dien Chau rest stop (Dien Chau district), was hit by a truck. The accident injured many people and required emergency hospitalization.
It is known that the car carrying teachers and students to Vinh City to cheer for a student attending an English playground.
