According to information from the Inspection Committee (IC) of Lai Chau City Party Committee (Lai Chau Province), at the 41st Session that just ended, the IC of the City Party Committee decided to take disciplinary action by removing Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong - Principal of Doan Ket Primary School, Lai Chau City from the position of Party Cell Secretary for the 2022-2025 term.
During her tenure as Party Cell Secretary and Principal, Ms. Phuong is responsible for directly signing, promulgating, directing, and organizing the implementation of working regulations and internal spending regulations of the Party Cell. However, the working regulations, internal spending regulations, regulations on management and use of public assets, and grassroots democracy regulations of the unit have contents that are not within the authority, incomplete, and in violation of regulations.
Ms. Phuong also teaches a class with 33 less teaching periods; signs to pay preferential allowances for teachers who directly teach, teachers who teach students with disabilities who have shortages and are against regulations.
In addition, Ms. Phuong has directed the implementation of the process of seconding, strengthening, managing workers, receiving food, and checking 3 steps in a boarding meal that does not meet regulations. Mobilizing, receiving, and managing the use of funding sources that are not in accordance with procedures and regulations; establishing, managing, and using funds in violation of regulations; applying Union and Party funds in violation of regulations.
The People's Committee of Lai Chau City Party Committee also decided to take discipline in the form of warning against the Party cell of Doan Ket Primary School for the term 2022-2025. Reprimand for: The Party cell of Doan Ket Primary School for the term 2020-2022; Ms. Vuong Thi My Soan - Deputy Secretary of the Party cell, Vice Rector, Trade Union President; Ms. Tran Thi Yen - Head of Office Group, member of the school council.
