According to the public list, the two enterprises with the largest tax debts today are Hanoi Technology and Trade Development Company Limited with a debt of more than VND 29 billion, and Dong Bac Energy Investment and Development Company Limited with a debt of more than VND 22 billion.
In addition to the two above-mentioned enterprises, there are two enterprises that owe taxes from 4 to more than 7 billion VND, including: Truong Minh Company Limited (Hanoi) and Minh Hoang Company Limited (located in Thuc Phan ward).
Next is a group of 6 enterprises with debts from 2.2 billion VND to over 2.7 billion VND, including: Dinh Van Construction and Trading Company Limited (Trinh Khanh commune): 2.7 billion VND; Tay Giang Cao Bang Chemical Cup Joint Stock Company (Nung Tri Cao ward): 2.6 billion VND; Tam Viet Joint Stock Company (Nung Tri Cao ward): 2.6 billion VND; Quang Minh Company Limited (Thuc Phan ward): 2.3 billion VND; Dung Anh One Member Co., Ltd.: 2.2 billion VND; Toan Dong One Member Co., Ltd. Branch: 2.3 billion VND.
In addition to enterprises with large debts, there are 15 enterprises that owe from over VND1 billion to under VND1.7 billion. Notably, the public list also recorded about 200 enterprises owing taxes from over VND10 million to over VND 966 million.
The disclosure of the list of tax-deading enterprises is based on the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.
The tax authority said that the disclosure is to ensure transparency, creating pressure for businesses to fully fulfill their tax obligations to the State budget.
