Lam Dong - In the past 2 months, Lam Dong province has attracted 2 non-budgetary investment projects, with a registered capital of VND 1,304 billion.

On February 13, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance informed that from the beginning of 2025 to now, the whole province has attracted 2 non-budgetary investment projects, with a registered capital of VND 1,304 billion. In particular, the project to purchase export silk fibers of Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (USA), registered investment capital of 20 billion VND.

The Eco Grand Land model rural residential area project of Eco Grand Land Investment and Development Company Limited, with a registered investment capital of VND 1,284.45 billion, with an area of 46.25 hectares.

Also in the past 2 months, the Department of Finance has adjusted 13 projects, terminating investment activities of 5 projects, with a registered investment capital of 507 billion VND, with a land area of 56.4 hectares.

Mr. Ton Thien San, Director of Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance, said: "Over-budgetary investment projects that have been and are being implemented have contributed significantly to the construction and development of infrastructure. At the same time, increase budget revenue, create jobs, contribute to the growth and development of the province's socio-economy".

According to Mr. San, the progress of some projects is having many clear changes. The difficulties and problems of investors that have existed for many years have been focused on by the Provincial People's Committee and departments.

"In the coming time, the unit will regularly monitor and urge the implementation of large projects that have been approved for investment policies, promptly remove difficulties or propose to competent authorities to handle problems.

Including Nam Song Da Nhim urban area, Residential Area No. 5, Residential Area No. 6... Thereby, creating momentum for socio-economic development, meeting the needs of the people", Mr. San added.
