Investing in public health

Data from the World Cancer Organization (GLOBOCAN 2022) shows that Vietnam recorded 16,835 cases of colorectal cancer and 16,277 cases of stomach cancer. These are two diseases with the highest number of cases of gastrointestinal cancer in Vietnam. Faced with that reality, since 2024, Manulife has launched a journey to raise public awareness of digestive health through the campaign "Clean - Smart - Green Living". By 2025, with the program "Choose FREEN for E-commerce", Manulife encourages people, especially young people aged 25 to 45, to maintain a healthy lifestyle and proactively monitor their health periodically. In addition, the program also contributes to promoting the role and social responsibility of the health sector, businesses and social organizations in protecting, caring for and improving public health.
