Agribank supports customers to collect biometrics at transaction counters

In order to collect information on customers' chip-embedded citizen identification cards, support compliance with regulations on financial transaction authentication, and customer authentication on electronic transaction channels in Decision 2345/QD-NHNN, from July 1, 2024, Agribank has expanded authentication collection across the system. From there, it promptly coordinates and supports customers to register and authenticate biometric data when the device is incompatible or cannot be performed by itself.
