The Trade Union of Interplex Hanoi Precision Technology Co., Ltd. has 100% direct investment capital from Singapore, currently managing 568 union members/568 workers.
During the past term, the union organized 3 dialogues and discussions with the Board of Directors at the workplace, in order to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; organized negotiations and signed collective labor agreements with more favorable terms for workers than those prescribed by law; organized annual health check-ups (149 workers working in positions receiving heavy and toxic compensation).
The union proposed to business leaders to continuously improve the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, care for and encourage union members on holidays, Tet, give Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, October 20... each gift worth from 100,000-500,000 VND; visit workers in difficult circumstances and those with serious illnesses with a total cost of care each year of nearly 1 billion VND. During the term, the company's trade union admitted 100% of employees to participate in the trade union organization, including 15 foreign employees.
From the above outstanding achievements, during the past term, the Interplex Company Trade Union has continuously achieved the title of Strong Grassroots Trade Union, awarded 2 certificates of merit to the collective and many certificates of merit to outstanding individuals by the superior trade union.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint 9 comrades to the Executive Committee and 3 comrades to the Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of Interplex Hanoi Precision Technology Company Limited. Comrade Nguyen Van Son was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union; Comrade Tang Duc Thinh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
