Speaking at the opening of the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Hien - Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Civil Servants' Union - said that the 2024 training and professional development course for union officials took place over 2 days (November 21-22), with trainees being part-time and part-time officials.

The conference contributed to continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation and implementing the goal of 100% of Trade Union officials being trained and fostered in theory and professional skills according to the Resolution of the 4th Congress of the Civil Servants' Trade Union (term 2023 - 2028).
