On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Lao National Construction Front (August 13, 1950 13. August 2025), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, sent a congratulatory letter to comrade Xen-La-Vong Khuot-phay-thun, Politburo member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Lao National Construction Front.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Lao National Construction Front (August 13, 1950 13.8.2025), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, I respectfully send to comrade Xin-La-Vong Khut- Phay-thun, Politburo member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Lao National Construction Front and through comrade President to all leaders and staff of the Central Committee of the Lao National Construction Front, my most respectful greetings and best wishes.

We are very happy to see that over the past 75 years, under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the gathering and solidarity of all classes of patriotic Lao people of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Front for National Building, the people of all Lao ethnic groups have achieved many great victories in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland: security and politics are maintained, the economy continue to grow, the material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improved.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Central Committee of the Lao National Construction Front have closely coordinated to effectively implement the contents of the Cooperation Agreement between the two organizations and the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Program between the three countries of Cambodia - Laos - Vietnam, contributing to strengthening the special loyal, solidarity and friendship between the two Parties, two States and peoples of the two countries.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front believes that the Lao Fatherland Front will continue to achieve greater and greater victories in implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party; successfully building a peaceful, independent, democratic, unified and prosperous Laos in line with the goal of socialism.

Wishing President Xin-La-Vong Khut-Pay-thun and all leaders and staff of the Central Committee of the Lao Front to build a healthy and happy country, excellently completing the important responsibilities assigned by the Lao Party and people. Wishing the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos to last forever, more lasting than the mountains and rivers.
