Up to this point, no errors in management and use of funding have been discovered in the Mobilization Committees at all levels for the emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

On the morning of August 26, at the conference to summarize the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga informed about the achievements of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system in implementing this program.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed that this is a "special national project" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

This is also the work of "Party will, people's heart", imbued with humanity, a typical example of " promouring the strength of great national unity" in the new period.

From that meaning, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations have coordinated to launch, call for, and at the same time propagate and mobilize the entire population to participate in implementing the program.

At the central level, on April 13, 2024, in Hoa Binh province, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front coordinated with the Central Emulation and Reward Council to launch the Emulation Movement, and issued a call with the theme "Millions of hearts of love - Keeping the roof of a happy house".

On October 5, 2024, at the Hanoi Opera House, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front coordinated with the Government to organize a program to launch a campaign with the theme "Warm home for my compatriots".

In the locality, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have coordinated to advise the Steering Committees to organize the launching of support for the program, issued appeals to all levels of the sector, to each household and each residential area.

Along with that, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations have made efforts in mobilizing and mobilizing resources, spreading the spirit of volunteerism, calling on the masses, joining hands to support the construction of houses for households with many models of proactive and creative ways of doing things.

Implementing the Prime Minister's call: "Whoever has something to contribute, whoever has merits to contribute, whoever has property to contribute, whoever has a lot to contribute a lot, whoever has a little to contribute a little", at the central level, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has coordinated to mobilize businesses, organizations and individuals to donate over 350 billion VND.

In the locality, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, together with the Steering Committee's member agencies, has organized a call for organizations and individuals, mobilized support for funding and materials, especially mobilized a large number of union members and members of the Farmers', Women's, Youth, Veterans' Associations, and Trade Unions with the Army and Police forces to support millions of working days to help households build houses.

According to the report of the Central Steering Committee, the mobilized funds for the program have reached over VND 24,761 billion, most of which have been received through the local "For the Poor" Fund. Up to this point, no errors have been detected in the management and use of funding sources in the Mobilization Committees at all levels.

In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front has synchronously deployed the work of supervising the implementation of the State's policies on housing support and program implementation.

The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has issued a plan to supervise the implementation of housing support policies for people with revolutionary contributions, poor households, and near-poor households; instruct the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities to conduct inspections and supervision to ensure proper, fair, public, and transparent support for beneficiaries.

At the same time, the Front Committees at all levels promptly took forms of thanks, gratitude, encouragement, and reward for units, organizations, and individuals who have made many contributions to the program.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed that the results of the program will be valuable experiences, a model for us to continue to launch and implement social security programs nationwide in the coming time.

This will be an important condition to add motivation and open up a better future for millions of people.
