The 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2025-2030, is expected to be held on November 28-29, 2025 with 350 official delegates.

On the morning of November 21, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) - chaired a meeting and gave opinions on the content of the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2025-2030.

Presenting a report on the organization of the 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2025-2030, Mr. Trinh Tuan Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province - said that with the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the term 2025-2030 continues to promote the core political role, build the great national unity bloc, implement democracy, strengthen social consensus for the goal of building a beautiful, civilized and happy Thanh Hoa province.

The Congress set a goal of continuing to consolidate and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc; promote democracy, enhance social consensus; innovate the content and methods of operation, effectively operate the organizational apparatus of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels according to the new model; contribute to building a clean and strong Party and political system, Thanh Hoa province develops rapidly and sustainably. From there, 11 specific targets and 6 key action programs were set out during the term.

Regarding personnel submitted to the congress, the expected number of members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province for the 2025-2030 term is 166; the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province is 8 members.

The 16th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thanh Hoa province, term 2025-2030, is expected to be held on November 28-29, 2025 with 350 official delegates and more than 300 invited delegates.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Ha Thi Nga highly appreciated the preparation for the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province; at the same time, she suggested that, from the comments of delegates attending the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province should accept and revise them to submit to the conference to suit the implementation situation in the locality.

Commenting on the program at the congress, Vice President Ha Thi Nga stated that the speech at the congress should create a lively discussion atmosphere for delegates attending the congress; the congress's delegation needs to demonstrate the spirit and colors of great solidarity with the participation of ethnic minorities, religions and member organizations.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga also said that the draft political report needs to clearly demonstrate the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in advising and coordinating with authorities at all levels; at the same time, she suggested that it is necessary to step up propaganda before, during and after organizing the congress so that the congress is truly a deep political activity, creating a strong influence among the people.
