According to Mr. Huynh Luu Nghia, Party Cell Member - Head of the Front Work Committee of Quarter 21, the festival is an opportunity to review the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, at the same time, summarize the implementation of the campaign for the entire people to unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas and the campaign for Ho Chi Minh City people not to litter the streets and canals for a clean, green and environmentally friendly city.
At the festival, 10 typical individuals of "Good people, good deeds" were commended and rewarded; at the same time, launched an emulation movement to celebrate important political events of the country. On this occasion, the organizing committee also presented 40 gifts, 5 health insurance cards, 10 scholarships to encourage learning - motivation and support for the repair of charity houses, with a total amount of 150 million VND.
In particular, within the framework of the festival, the organizing committee mobilized 15 million VND to support people in the Central and Northern regions affected by storms and floods.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Dinh Ward also recently organized the 2025 National Great Unity Festival in Quarter 12 with many practical activities to connect the community.
