On October 26, information from Cao Bang Provincial Police said that on October 22, Duc Long Commune Police coordinated with the security forces at the grassroots level and some people of Ka Liest hamlet to build a bridge to serve the travel needs of the people.

Ka Lie is a special hamlet located far from the center of Duc Long commune, people's lives are still difficult, especially in terms of transportation during the rainy season.

Recently, due to the impact of storm No. 11, the floods have caused severe erosion of land on both sides of the stream, causing traffic disruption, causing danger and making daily life difficult for people.
