According to Huong Son Medical Center, on the morning of November 10, while on duty at the department of receiving people for medical examination and nursing, Nguyen Thi Hoa, working at the Social Work Group of the Nursing Department, helped a patient find the lost property.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa said that during her shift, she saw an old man complaining and saying that her wallet had fallen and she had lost more than 17 million VND.
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Hoa quickly reported the incident to the center's leaders, and also went to look for it and extracted the camera to verify.
Checking the camera images determined that this old lady went into the restroom to take urine samples for testing, so she suspected that her wallet had fallen in the restroom area.
Immediately, Ms. Hoa ran to the toilet to find it and discovered the wallet in the hidden corner of the water tank.
"When I picked up the wallet and returned it to my grandparents, I felt very happy, she hugged me and cried," Ms. Hoa recounted.
According to Ms. Hoa, the old woman confided that her son was about to get married. She brought the money to buy gold as a wedding gift for her child after the medical examination, and unexpectedly lost the large amount of assets she had accumulated for so long. Receiving the property back, the old lady was very touched and grateful to Ms. Hoa.
The responsible, honest and humane actions of nurse Nguyen Thi Hoa have contributed to beautifying the image of those wearing white blouses.
