In the Vietnamese revolutionary process, the working class always held the core role, being a pioneering social force associated with the birth, leadership and victory of the Party. Entering the new stage of development of the country, when the growth model is shifting strongly from breadth to depth, from relying on simple resources and labor to relying on knowledge, science - technology and innovation, that pioneering role is not only inherited, but also set at a new height, with new requirements and new content.
