Push-ups are a good exercise that can bring miraculous effects to your belly and fitness. Push-ups not only help strengthen the upper body but also affect your core and help burn fat, including fat around the belly.
This exercise is simple, effective and can be done anywhere without any equipment. Push-ups also promote fat burning, improve cardiovascular health, and improve overall fitness, making it one of the best exercises to reduce belly fat.
We start in a high plank position by placing our hands flat on the ground, wider than shoulders. The feet are closed or slightly apart and the body forms a straight line from head to heels.
Tighten your core by tightening your abs and making sure your body stays straight throughout your movements. Slowly bend your elbows and lower your chest to the floor, keeping your elbows at a 45-degree angle to your body, not too wide.
Lower your body until your chest is just touching the ground, forming a 90-degree angle in your elbows. As you exhale, press through your palms and push your body back to the starting position.
Do 2-3 sets of 5-10 reps if you are a beginner and do 3 sets of 15-20 reps if you have done an upgrade.
