Foods such as tofu, soybeans, chia seeds, walnuts, oats and beans provide protein with fiber, which helps digestion and creates a feeling of fullness for a long time. To effectively supplement protein, workers should divide the amount of protein into meals throughout the day instead of focusing on just one meal.

Breakfast can include eggs or milk. Lunch prioritizes fish or lean meat. Dinner with light protein from tofu or Greek yogurt. Combining protein with green vegetables and good starches such as sweet potatoes and brown rice will help maintain stable energy.
