National tournament is a place to affirm expertise

The two national champions this year, Nguyen Tuan Anh and Le Chuc An, are young people but good at their profession. Tuan Anh is 16 years old while Chuc An is 18 years old. A year ago, the champion of the men's event of the tournament was Nguyen Duc Son (17 years old) and the champion of the women's event was Le Chuc An, also 17 years old.
Nguyen Tuan Anh shared that he needs to learn more and win the 2025 National Championship is a lucky achievement. However, the results show the golfer's efforts to compete professionally. Nguyen Tuan Anh completely believes that this is a stepping stone to help him confidently compete in many important golf tournaments next.

Coming to the Congress arena
The Vietnamese golf team will carry out two important tasks in the upcoming 2025 Asian Youth Sports Festival and the 33rd - 2025 SEA Games. The achievement target at the 33rd SEA Games is to defend the Gold Medal they are holding.
A representative of the golf industry (Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports) said that Vietnamese athletes are no longer a mystery when they won medals (with Gold Medals) at the 33rd SEA Games in 2023 in Cambodia. According to the forecast, Vietnamese golfers will face significant pressure to compete in the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand.
The host team Thailand affirmed that it will compete for the 4 highest positions in golf at this Congress. Therefore, we will prepare carefully for the athletes. The team will have a training program to get acquainted with the stadium before officially competing in the 33rd SEA Games - Mr. Vu Nguyen added. After the 2025 National Golf Championship, the National Team Coaches' Committee will select the best golfers to the squad for the 33rd SEA Games.
With the mission of the 2025 Asian Youth Sports Festival, the Vietnam Golf Team sets a target of striving to win medals. Vietnamese sports have never won a gold medal at this festival. Preliminarily, two golfers Nguyen Anh Minh and Le Chuc An have the opportunity to participate in the 2025 Asian Youth Sports Festival (October in Bahrain) but caution is putting first.
Young golfers who compete effectively in the 2025 National Championship such as Nguyen Tuan Anh and Nguyen Viet Gia Han may be the choice to compete in Bahrain. Vietnam Golf has many young golfers with potential achievements. However, many countries in Southeast Asia and Asia also have such a force, so to achieve results, it requires elaborate investment.
