Timely and accurate information highlights the spirit of solidarity, democracy, intelligence, and innovation in party congresses at all levels.
People see the responsibility, intelligence, democracy, and meticulousness in document preparation and personnel; see the openness and determination to develop of Party committees at all levels.
The press has fought resolutely against false and bad and toxic information. In the context of complex cyberspace, the press plays a "neighborhood" role: verification - enlightenment - orienting public opinion, thereby contributing to maintaining political and ideological stability.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission pointed out that the 14th National Party Congress is a major milestone in moving the country towards the goal of 2030 and 2045. Therefore, the press must focus on propaganda to highlight the Party's vision - the country's achievements - the nation's aspirations - the determination to innovate and rectify the Party. The press must not only report news but also ignite confidence, convey the spirit of the times, and spread positive energy.
The content of the propaganda must help people understand that personnel are well prepared and in accordance with regulations. The person introduced is truly typical of intelligence, qualities, and prestige. Do not let hostile forces distort, distort, or sow doubts. This is a "key fight" line, the press must be the pioneer.
The press must also grasp the situation quickly; make accurate forecasts; handle information crises in a timely manner; detect distorted arguments early; resolutely refute with sharp arguments and convincing evidence. The press must lead, not chase social networks.
Emphasizing that the preparation time for the 14th National Party Congress is a "fire-tests" for the courage of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested press agencies to immediately switch to a state of high-end media, without delay. All press agencies must open specialized pages and columns, increase frequency, increase quality, and comprehensively accelerate.
All content must be absolutely in line with the Party's orientation, without errors. Maintain the principle of accuracy - unity - standards - persuasion.
All press agencies must be creative, innovative quickly, and seriously invest in communication technology. The 14th Congress must be a "congress of digital media". The press must create different, attractive, and highly spread products.
