On July 23, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the Politburo and the Secretariat organized a Conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu attended and presented the Decisions.
Also attending were Politburo members, Secretary of the Party Central Committee: Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi.
At the Conference, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, announced the Decision of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, resigned from the position of Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee and related titles; transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, resigned from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, resigned from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee and related positions; transferred, assigned, and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee.

On behalf of the Politburo, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu presented the Decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work.
Speaking at the Conference, the Standing Secretary of the Secretariat emphasized that the above comrades are basically trained, mature from the grassroots level, have a lot of practical experience, have held leadership and management positions at all levels; have made important contributions to the work results of localities, agencies, and units.
Congratulating 5 personnel receiving new assignments, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat proposed to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, maintain political bravery, constantly cultivate and train, and work with the leadership collective of agencies, localities, and units to unite and unify, focus on leading and directing the successful implementation and successful completion of all assigned tasks.
