At the ceremony, the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lap - Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Procuracy of Ha Giang province to hold the position of Chief Justice.
Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Ho Duc Anh requested Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy Nguyen Thi Mai Lap, in her new position and responsibilities, to continue to promote her sense of responsibility, accumulated professional experience and leadership and management, and maintain the spirit of solidarity to build the People's Procuracy of Ha Giang province to be increasingly clean and strong.
New Chief Justice Nguyen Thi Mai Lap promised to continuously strive, train political and moral qualities, promote the spirit of solidarity and unity to work with the collective of civil servants and employees of the Ha Giang Provincial People's Procuracy to successfully complete the task.
Also in the week, on December 30, 2024, the Hanoi People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh - Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Chief of Office to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years, starting from January 1, 2025.
Previously, the collective leadership of the Hanoi People's Procuracy met and said goodbye to Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Chief of Office who retired according to the regime.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh promised to continue to promote the unit's tradition, study and practice moral qualities, constantly research to improve qualifications and capacity, and strive with the Office staff to successfully complete assigned tasks.
In Ho Chi Minh City on the same day, December 30, 2024, the District 12 People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision on personnel work. Accordingly, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy Nguyen Anh Tuan handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Thanh Nam - Deputy Head of the Department of Prosecution and Settlement of Complaints and Denunciations in Judicial Activities of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the District 12 People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years, starting from January 1, 2025.
Then, on December 31, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Le Duc Huy as Deputy Chief of the Phu Nhuan District People's Procuracy for a term of 5 years from January 1, 2025.
Previously, Mr. Huy worked at the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial of Criminal Cases on Social Order (Department 2) of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy. After that, Mr. Huy was assigned to work at the District 11 People's Procuracy.
