The Ministry of Home Affairs has just sent an official dispatch to ministries, branches and localities requesting a synthesis and report on the implementation results of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government to serve the assessment and reporting work to competent authorities.
Previously, implementing Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW of the Politburo, the Secretariat and Official Letter No. 322-CV/DU of the Government Party Committee, after exchanging opinions with the Central Party Office and the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Official Letter No. 6383/BNV-TCBC to ministries, departments, branches and localities on the implementation of Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW.
In particular, the Ministry of Home Affairs requests ministries, departments, branches and localities to complete the settlement of policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP) before August 31.
To have a basis to report to competent authorities on the results of the implementation of Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW, the Ministry of Home Affairs requests that ministries, departments, branches and localities report the results of the implementation of policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP) until August 30.
At the same time, assess the implementation of policies and regimes; in case of difficulties and problems, raise difficulties and problems and propose solutions for handling; propose and recommend (if any).
The Ministry of Home Affairs requests that reports from ministries, departments, branches and localities be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs before September 8 for the Ministry of Home Affairs to synthesize and report to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
In Resolution 268/NQ-CP on the implementation and operation of the two-level local government model, the Government affirmed that the settlement of regimes and policies for the post-reorganization team will be implemented promptly and transparently.
As of August 19, 94,402 people nationwide had decided to quit their jobs. The total number of people submitting to competent authorities for funding approval and the number of people who have been approved by competent authorities for funding is 81,410 people, of which 75,710 people have had their funding resolved according to regulations.
