To date, the project implementation volume has reached 55.8% of the contract value. Localities in the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway project area have handed over 100% of the site to contractors for the entire main route; there are still some local problems due to updated adjustments to the site clearance boundary according to the construction step design documents.
At the meeting, Mr. Tran Phuoc Hien - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province - pledged that the province will coordinate with relevant units to complete site clearance at local locations on the Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon expressway section through Quang Ngai by the end of March 2025.
Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh said that although there are still some unresolved problems and the weather is not favorable, contractors are still controlling the progress of the projects. Localities must quickly resolve remaining problems in site clearance and complete procedures to put stone quarries into operation to serve the project's construction. Construction contractors are focusing all resources to speed up the construction progress.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested the provinces not to sit and wait for the contractor to report, but to go to the site to help the contractor complete the procedures. Four localities must completely handle the problem of material yards and mines in March. " next time I go to check, I will not talk about the site or sand anymore," Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh emphasized.
To ensure progress, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh directed to tighten the quality of material sources and speed up construction. Ensure progress and quality for the project according to the set plan.
