Speaking at the end of the adjournment session, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man stated that the documents of the Congress, including the Political Report and the Reviewing Report, were carefully prepared by the National Assembly Party Committee Standing Committee, collecting opinions from many agencies and the Central Theoretical Council.
The National Assembly Chairman suggested that the National Assembly Party Committee continue to thoroughly grasp and promote issues that the Politburo has recognized and highly appreciated, and at the same time pay attention to leading and directing the implementation of the contents that the Politburo has contributed to, so that the Ethnic Council and the National Assembly Committees "had to be better, excellent, and excellent".
According to the National Assembly Chairman, currently, the entire Party, army and people are striving to become a country with a good average income by 2030, and a high-income country by 2045; in 2025, all localities are striving for GDP growth of over 8%, the whole country strives for GDP growth of 8.3 - 8.5%.
Referring to personnel work, the National Assembly Chairman stated that this is the "key of the key". Cadres must have enough heart, enough ability, enough virtue, enough talent, enough strength and be enthusiastic about work and the revolution.
Therefore, the National Assembly Party Committee, the Ethnic Council, the Committees and the State Audit must also review and select cadres who "go up, down, in, in, out; cadres who do not have a term-term mindset, do not degrad in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; must be decisive, resolute, determined, and determined to do it to have specific products".
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man affirmed that the 1st National Assembly Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is of great significance, shaping the strategic and contemporary activities of the National Assembly, leading the development of the country into a new era, an era of national growth.
The National Assembly Chairman pointed out, "it is necessary to pay special attention to the Party's character in the National Assembly Party Committee. Promoting democracy must be unified and focused on to promptly institutionalize the Party's policies".
Party organizations in the National Assembly Party Committee, Ethnic Council, Committees, State Audit, and National Assembly Delegations must operate regularly and effectively, improving the quality of National Assembly deputies.
The National Assembly Standing Committee must closely follow the program, first of all this year and the law-making program for the 2026-2031 term is preparing to be submitted to the Politburo.
Continue to organize the National Assembly's Supervisory Activities Forum, the Law Development Forum - two forums that the Politburo assessed as "right role, right lesson" to improve the quality of law making.
The National Assembly Chairman noted to continue promoting coordination with agencies in the political system, first of all coordinating with the Government in law making and enforcement; continue to carefully evaluate the model of organizational arrangement and apparatus in the National Assembly agency.
