This morning (September 3), the Office of the President held a Press Conference to announce the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV) to promulgate the laws and decrees passed by the National Assembly and the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly.
Mr. Pham Thanh Ha - Deputy Head of the Office of the President - chaired the press conference. Co-chairing the press conference were members of the Party Central Committee: Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung - Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lieutenant General Thai Dai Ngoc - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army. Co-chairing the press conference was Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, leaders of ministries and branches.

Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Courts; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Grassroots Democracy; Law on Cadres and Civil Servants;
Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese nationality; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 11 laws on military and defense; Law on Inspection;
Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Bidding, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership method, the Law on Customs, the Law on Value Added Tax, the Law on Export Tax, Import-Export Tax, the Law on Investment, the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Public Asset Management;
