Cao Bang - The Provincial Police are focusing on completing the reorganization of the new apparatus, ensuring uninterrupted operations from July 1.

On June 23, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh - Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police - chaired a working session with the Staff, Organization of Cadres and Logistics Departments to review the progress of the implementation of the organizational arrangement according to the new model.

The meeting aimed to ensure the conversion process took place on schedule, without interrupting professional work and maintaining stable security and order at the grassroots level.

At the meeting, leaders of the units reported on the progress of the merger of commune and ward police under the new model; at the same time, they clearly stated the difficulties and problems in practice. The goal is that by July 1, the police units after the merger must operate stably and smoothly.

In his speech, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh requested the Department of Organization and Personnel to preside over and closely coordinate with the Staff and Logistics Departments to develop a comprehensive plan, specific to each work introduction.

In particular, it is necessary to focus on arranging workplaces and accommodation for officers and soldiers; at the same time, ensuring that the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people is not interrupted.

The Director of the Provincial Police Department requested all preparations to be completed before June 30, so that the police forces at the commune and ward levels after the merger can operate effectively from July 1.

The Staff Department is responsible for guiding the information system, reporting, and administrative regimes; coordinating smoothly with units to complete preparations ahead of schedule.

For the Logistics Department, it is recommended to review and re-inspect facilities in new units, coordinate with the Department of Organization and Personnel and the Police of communes to reasonably allocate personnel, workplaces, rest places, equipment, ensure living and working conditions.

The Department of Organization and Personnel is also assigned the task of completing decisions on personnel work, guiding the consolidation of the Commune-level Police Committee, and at the same time proposing a plan to establish a working group suitable for each new area.

Concluding the working session, Colonel Vinh emphasized that units need to promote a sense of responsibility, proactively advise on the correct functions and authority, ensuring the improvement of the entire apparatus takes place on schedule. The highest goal is to ensure that the police force in communes and wards after the merger operates effectively, maintains security and order, and serves people and businesses well.
