Honoring 242 advanced models
On the afternoon of October 15, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Khanh Hoa province, period 2025-2030.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee said that in the 2020-2025 period, emulation movements will be implemented systematically.
In particular, the criteria and emulation contents are clear and specific, welcomed and positively responded to by all classes of people.
In particular, it is worth mentioning the movement of the entire people uniting to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas that have created a new look for Khanh Hoa.
Or the movement of good manufacturing and good business enterprises, completing beyond targets has promoted internal strength, creating a breakthrough for Khanh Hoa to rise up.
In particular, the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind" launched by the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has supported the construction and repair of more than 4,000 solidarity houses for the people.
The Front at all levels also supported over 390,000 Tet gifts, medical examination and treatment, and awarded scholarships to poor students... with an amount of over 160 billion VND.
The emulation movement to join hands to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" has exceeded the Central Government's schedule set out 6 months ago.
The Congress honored 242 outstanding collectives and individuals, typical advanced examples, spreading the spirit of dedication, creativity, and commitment to the community, for the common development of the province.
Emulating administrative reform, digital transformation, associated with growth
According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh, the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress approved targets, key and breakthrough groups of tasks and solutions to elevate the development of Khanh Hoa province in the new period.
To successfully achieve that goal, the patriotic emulation movement needs to continue to be innovated more strongly, taking practical efficiency as a measure.
Mr. Thanh emphasized that in order for the entire people to be united and compete for action, the leaders must be exemplary core, compete to innovate thinking and be determined to act.
Emulation movements are associated with the task of changing the situation, transforming the state, contributing to raising the level of development.
According to Mr. Thanh, emulation is sowing, so Khanh Hoa attaches importance to discovering, nurturing, and replicating advanced models. Especially new factors in the fields of technology, environment, digital transformation...
The Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary also requested to promote the role of the Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations to connect the strength of the great national unity bloc, strive to compete in production labor, contributing to the successful implementation of the set goals and tasks.
At the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of Khanh Hoa province, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan launched an emulation movement for the next 5 years with the theme "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, breakthrough, development, emulation to build Khanh Hoa province rich, beautiful, and civilized".
