The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Plan No. 76/KH-UBND to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of projects to celebrate the Party Congress of Bac Ninh province for the 2025 - 2030 term.
According to the Plan, on September 25, 2025, the construction of the trade union social housing project in Viet Yen ward (Bac Ninh) of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will begin. The project has a total area of about 19,417m2, with a total investment of nearly 388 billion VND.
On September 27, 2025, construction of 2 projects will begin. Of which, Component Project No. 3, Bac Hung Hai system repair and upgrade phase 2, invested by the Bac Ninh Province Traffic and Agricultural Project Management Board No. 2, with a total investment of 537 billion VND.
The Commercial Apartment Project at the land lot marked CT3 belongs to the detailed planning of the residential area next to Xuong Giang Street of Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company. The project includes a structure with 25 floors above ground and 02 basements; a construction area of about 2,950m2, a total floor area of about 74,713m2, with a total investment of VND 1,057 billion.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate and preside over the implementation of the Trade Union Social Housing Project in Bac Giang and the Commercial Apartment Project at the land lot marked CT3 under the detailed planning of the Residential Area next to Xuong Giang Street.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment will preside over the implementation of the Bac Hung Hai System Repair and Upgrade Project Phase 2.
The 16th Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place on September 29 and 30.
